Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Generally, we ask our customers order in a minimum and multiple of case quantities. The number of rolls per case varies based upon width, but usually runs from 24 to 36 rolls depending on the product. We frequently allow deviations for special products or circumstances.

No. We make the process easy! We provide a short customer information form and will need tax ID information if the customer requires a tax-exempt purchase.

As one of the largest tape inventories in the Southwest, we usually have the product in stock, meaning it can ship same day or next day depending on what time of day you order. If it is not a stock product, lead times usually run about two weeks and once we can set it up as a stock product, same day or next day.

Yes, we have our own deeply discounted delivery truck for the DFW metroplex. We also use all common carriers including UPS, FedEx and common freight. 

Yes. Bulk discounts are available and price breaks are often listed right on your quote form. If not, make sure to ask your salesperson or customer service what quantity is required to obtain a price break.

Yes! We love to assist with this. Typically, there is an initial print plate charge, but once that is established, we can print single-color or multi-colored logos for branding!

Yes. SPECTAPE® commonly provides product documentation when a specific standard or regulatory requirement must be met.

Yes! In fact, we recommend it. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you'll appreciate the difference after getting to test them out yourself! We'd be happy to send you a sample, along with any corresponding technical data sheets.

We accept returns if the product you purchase is not working for your needs. Even if a sample is provided and has been customer-approved, we still accept returns in the unlikely event that it is later found to be defective. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible, and we will issue an RMA or possibly ask for a sample to be returned for evaluation or a visit from one of our qualified salespeople.

Yes, we confirm all orders to the contacts designated by our customers. It is important for us to be accountable to you for scheduled ship dates.

Yes, while many of our packaging tapes are suitable for many industries, we have specific products designed for aerospace, construction and renovation, automotive, graphics and printing, and many more! We have 50+ years of connections with the top material suppliers in America, so we can often find a specialty product for you, even if we don't typically carry it in stock.

If it has to do with tape, we can probably do it! Custom slitting, rewinding, perforating, laminating, printing, and many more!

There are many reasons. Often times, an online retailer may offer a lower price, but that is because it offers cheap imported products made overseas. If that product fails, they cannot accept returns. Most of our customers simply cannot afford to risk getting a batch of faulty packaging materials. Use of sub-standard packaging can result in product returns, customer complaints, rework, damaged product, missed schedule milestones, and significant expense in mitigating the consequences. SPECTAPE® stands behind its products, all of which are made in the USA. In addition, online retailers typically don't have expert technical staff on-hand to answer questions, avoid potential problems, and address application issues.

SPECTAPE®'s standard credit terms are Net 30 Days. The amount of credit SPECTAPE® will extend can be substantial depending upon the quality of a customer's credit, or if a company establishes a good payment history with us. We believe ordering on credit is the most convenient way for our customers to order from us, so we make it easy!

We always try to assign a salesperson to your account because it enhances our ability to service your account and provides customers with a single point of contact. However, some accounts can be easily handled with our Customer Service Team, who can handle almost any issue!

We can handle that. SPECTAPE® often fulfills these requests for customers that need delivery notices and evidence that the product has shipped.

Yes. Because SPECTAPE® and its affiliate company, InsulFab, have a large volume of shipping, they have secured favorable discounts from major carriers. Most of our customers prefer to use our rates over their own accounts.

Yes, we can do both. We use all of the major common carriers such a UPS, FedEx, and common freight carriers. As stated above, we have preferential discounts based on volume. Choose the option that works best for you and we can accommodate it.
